3. Processing Timeline

  • Orders processed within 48 working hours.
  • Delays will be communicated in advance.

4. Exchange Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Valid reasons: size mismatch or defective item.
  • Request must be initiated within 3 days.
  • Proof (photos/video) may be required.
  • Invoice must be provided.

5. Non-Eligibility for Exchange

  • Used or washed items.
  • Missing tags or packaging.
  • Late requests.
  • Customer damage.
  • Second exchange not allowed.
  • Final sale items excluded.

Note: Ineligible items will be returned without credit.

6. Step-by-Step Exchange Process

  2. Review within 7 business days.
  3. Pickup arranged within 3 days.
  4. Inspection takes 3 days.
  5. Promo code issued (valid 90 days).
  6. Process completes within 7–10 days.

7. Credit Note and Promo Code Policy

  • No cash refunds.
  • Equal to product price.
  • Valid for 90 days.
  • Single-use only.

8. Customer Obligations

Products must be returned in saleable condition. Unboxing video may be required. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Refund and Exchange Limitations

Strict non-cash refund policy applies. Company may reject returns not meeting criteria.
